1. History of lasting flower development
Our company has been producing and selling preserved flower arrangements and preserving fresh flower processing to order for some time, but there are some problems in the work, and in order to solve these problems, we have created lasting flowers. We started development by considering manufacturing chemicals, manufacturing methods, and expanding the range of manufactured flower materials.
(1) Problems in producing a preserved bed arrangement
①There are few types of flower materials, and it is not possible to make arrangements as desired.
② Even if the preserved material is hard and the arrangement is produced, there is a feeling of artificial flowers.
③ Even though it is expensive, it looks the same as dried flowers.
④ Commercially available preserved materials all have the same shape for each type, so they don't feel natural compared to fresh flowers.
⑤ The flower material is hard and fragile, so be careful when arranging it.
(2) Problems in preserving fresh flowers
①Due to the nature of the drug, it is difficult to handle. (Smell, wearing gloves, masks, etc.)
② In order to use chemicals, it is possible to create products that cannot be produced as a result of processing unless there is experience in producing each flower material. Results are available only for specific flower materials.
③ Although the drug is expensive, its life time is short.
④ It takes time and effort to dry, and the smell is strong.
⑤ When drying, it does not dry easily depending on the temperature and humidity.
We started developing lasting flowers to solve the above problems.
2. Development method
For lasting flowers, we reviewed the manufacturing method from chemicals to create safe and secure products, and we considered whether we could manufacture materials that are closer to fresh flowers, and developed them with the idea of manufacturing with less impact on the body. I did.
Preserved flowers are usually manufactured in three steps: dehydration, coloring, and drying.
Chemical treatment is applied except for drying, but we manufacture in 4 processes. The reason is described below.
Commercially available processing chemicals are processed with chemicals containing methanol (methyl alcohol), which is a deleterious substance. Those of you who are familiar with commercially available preserved chemicals will know that there are many chemicals that have a strong odor, are irritating to hands, and are difficult to handle without protective masks and gloves.
Therefore, we decided to develop a chemical that can be handled without a protective mask or gloves. I decided to use ethanol in all processes.
(1) Dehydration process
At the initial stage, we used several types of chemicals with bleaching effects in ethanol, one by one, and confirmed their effectiveness. After testing with dozens of combinations, we found several effective combinations, and tested dozens of combinations of concentrations of bleaching agents and additives that provide dehydration effects that can be used as products. It took three months just to find the concentration combination of the bleaching agent and the additive. As a result of such trial and error, in the dehydration process, by adding a small amount of additive to ethanol, although it took time, it was protected. We have completed something that can be used without a mask or gloves.
However, the chemical used in the dehydration process is used only once due to the dirt and moisture from fresh flowers, but we have found a way to remove the dirt from ethanol and reuse it.
(2) Washing process
I didn't think this process was necessary, but it is described in the description of the next process, but the above 1. This is a process that was established to solve the problem in the history of lasting flower development that "the drug is expensive but the life time is short". This is a process for cleaning the dirt on the flower material that has been dehydrated in the dehydration process. Some of you may feel that a lot of processing chemicals are used, but the chemicals used in this process are also reused after removing dirt in the same way as the dehydration process.
This made it possible to extend the life of the coloring agent.
(3) Coloring process
Regarding the coloring process, it is of course possible to handle without a protective mask or gloves, but coloring is done without using pigments, making it possible to manufacture lasting flowers that do not have a gore-gore feeling. However, in the coloring process, the above 1. Instead, the problem was that stains from the dehydration agent entered the coloring agent, causing the color to change. Therefore, we solved this by inserting a cleaning process between the dehydration process and the coloring process. As a result, coloring agents can be used more than 10 times until the color becomes light or stains stand out, and dark coloring agents can be used more than 20 times.
(4) Drying process
By using a special machine, we were able to dry it in a few hours without worrying about the smell of alcohol. The odor was also resolved, but the drying method was very difficult. After many trials, such as the direction of the flowers to be dried and the drying temperature, I was able to find the ideal temperature.
As a result, problems ①, ③, ④, and ⑤ of the above (2) preservation processing of fresh flowers can be solved, and the problem is ②.
Because the amount of chemicals used in the dehydration process differs depending on the flower material, we found a rule through trial and error until now. I decided to add an appropriate amount within that range. This solves problem 2. As a result, it is not necessary to gain experience and become familiar with the drug, and it is now possible to use it by giving a lecture on how to use it. Although it cannot be eaten due to additives, it has become a safe and secure product that does not use chemicals that affect the body of both the user and the manufacturer.
The scent of flowers, but the flowers are disinfected and sterilized during the lasting flower manufacturing process, so unfortunately the scent does not remain. Some of the fragrance may remain in the product, but some of the fragrance ingredients may disappear during the manufacturing process, so there may be cases where the fragrance is different from the original.
Dehydrated flower material

The dehydration time varies depending on the flower material, but we searched for the law based on our experimental results, and dehydrated for a certain period of time based on the search results.
Even if you have no experience making flowers, you can dehydrate them without any problems, but red roses, which are popular with everyone, are a great enemy.

It is difficult to mix the colors and make them the original color of the flower material, but it is possible to adjust in 0.001g increments, so there is no problem in coloring.
Dry flower material
Dry the flower materials that have been colored in a dryer.
The drying time varies depending on the flower material and the season, but we searched for the law based on our experimental results and calculated the dehydration time for each flower material.
Dry.
This is the most important process in the material manufacturing process, and if you fail here, you will have to start over.
3. Product features
Our lasting flowers are produced in a safe, secure and fluffy state that is close to fresh flowers due to the above process.
We do not dare to prepare all the same appearance and size in the mold. Manufactured in a natural way. This is because the raw materials for the finished lasting flowers are naturally produced (manufactured by the producer), so we would like you to use them as they are in arrangements and other works, just like fresh flowers. I am allowed to. Although there are some variations in the resulting product, there are no natural flower materials that are the same. , There are some that open long on the side, and we take care of the natural feeling that you can use it as it is, so we do not arrange the flower material and apply the lasting process. In addition, I don't think that the products in the bud state are distributed in the commercial distribution, but we can process the flower materials in the bud state that are available in Lisianthus buds. etc., are on sale.
We also process orders for products other than our own. For example, there are many orders for roses with long stems, and we can process roses up to 20 cm to 30 cm in length. The color of the stem can be the same color as the flower or a different color.

4. How to use the product
There are four types of sales methods: sales as materials, manufacturing and sales of materials by order, sales of arrangements using our product materials, and sales of lasting processing of fresh flowers.
(1) Materials
The flower material after processing that we regularly produce at our company is represented as the material.

(2) Material processing by order
We manufacture the materials to order. For example, even flowers that are not on the market or flowers that are on the market may differ in color or size from what you want to use, so we may ask you to place an order. Most of them are designers, but there are also many people who make their own arrangements by order and use them as gifts.
However, with this method, the fresh flowers to be processed may not be available depending on the season.
For flower materials, designers have a wide variety of orders.
For New Year's decorations, we receive orders for habotan, branches, chrysanthemums, and habotans in a variety of colors and sizes, such as paler colors and vivid colors. , Large size buds are not available in the market, so we also receive orders for roses and lisianthus buds.
Roses and lisianthus are popular among the general public. It seems that there are many people who make bridal bouquets, and there are many orders for white lisianthus with large flowers, pale pink with large flower buds, and white roses with large flowers.
(3) Arrangement sales
We also produce and sell arrangements using the materials we produce.
We make the best use of the processed flowers, so we make it a little different like a fresh flower arrangement. It is not the same, but it is produced in a similar shape by changing the place to place it according to the size and shape of the flower. The manufacturer will provide it, so we will make it in a way that you can tell everyone about the goodness of the processed nose.
(4) Fresh flower lasting processing
At the customer's request, we will process fresh flowers into lasting.
There are 3 ways to hand over after processing is complete. One method is to hand over the flower material as it is after processing, the other is to redesign it and put it in the frame, and the other is to return it to its original state. Due to processing machinery, if the stem is short, it will be stretched with a wire or the like and returned to the shape you provided. Our lasting processing method takes the form of taking time to process with chemicals.
Also, if we deliver it in a frame, the color will fade for several years to several decades, depending on how you put it in, but it will last a long time. In addition, for things that are not packaged, such as arrangements and bouquets, the shape of the flower material may change due to dryness and humidity in about a year. Either way, I feel that the appearance and durability are better than dry or freeze-dried.

5. Products ordered by many people
As mentioned above, our products can be broadly classified into four types.

(1) Materials
As shown in Photo 1, we produce materials and provide them to our customers. Customers who purchase our products are used by a wide range of people, from the general public to designers.
The best feature of the product is that it can be used with a texture close to that of fresh flowers, and designers often order lasting flowers by specifying the material and color. We receive orders from teachers in Aichi, Ishikawa, Toyama, Hyogo, Osaka, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Tokyo. As for how to use it, teachers of designers use it as part of their own works, and students of teachers use it for lessons.
For the general public, I make use of my talent to create lasting arrangements and enjoy them at home or as gifts.
(2) Material processing by order
We manufacture the materials to order. For example, even flowers that are not on the market or flowers that are on the market may differ in color or size from what you want to use, so we may ask you to place an order. Most of them are designers, but there are also many people who make their own custom-made arrangements and use them as gifts.
For flower materials, designers have a wide variety of orders, but for New Year's decorations, habotan, branches, chrysanthemums, habotan are available in various colors and sizes, such as paler colors and vivid colors. We have received orders for chrysanthemums, and many commercially available chrysanthemums are small in size, so large buds are not available in the market. increase.

(3) Arrangement sales
We also produce and sell arrangements using the materials we have produced. We make the best use of the quality of the processed flowers, so there are no identical flowers, and we produce similar flowers with a slightly different feel. It is not the same, but it is produced in a similar shape by changing the place to place it according to the size and shape of the flower. The manufacturer will provide it, so we will make it in a way that you can tell everyone about the goodness of the processed nose.
At our company, we also rent out arrangements, and small to medium sizes can be selected for 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months.
① Small arrangement
As shown in Photo 2, this product is mainly for sale and rental of stock products or manufacturing and sales rental by order. Basically, we sell stock items, but we also accept orders.
As a use for sales, it is used for birthdays, recitals, and general celebrations of the general public.
It can be rented out for use in company receptions, meeting rooms, offices, etc. to create a glamorous and calm atmosphere. The rental period is 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months, so please choose according to your needs.
② Medium-sized arrangement
The products shown in Photo 3 are mainly manufactured, sold, or rented to order. We manufacture to order, so we will make it according to the customer to send. If you are in a hurry, please choose from our inventory.
As for sales purposes, it is often used for celebrations such as the opening of a store, opening of business, and promotion promotion of business partners, and I feel that the price is almost the same as Phalaenopsis. The lasting arrangement lasts more than twice as long, and when discarded, it does not take as much effort as Phalaenopsis.
If you need it for a short period of time, such as a lecture or an entrance ceremony, you can rent it for one week. It is pleased that the cost performance is good compared to the decoration of paintings and the decoration of paintings.
③ Large arrangement
The products shown in Photo 4 are mainly manufactured, sold, or rented to order. We manufacture to order, so we will make it according to the customer to send. If you are in a hurry, please choose from our inventory.

As for rental (rental at subscription fixed price), it is used for conference rooms, reception rooms, offices, etc. The rental period is 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and we also have a plan to exchange every 3 months. (4) Fresh flower lasting processing
Upon customer's request, we will process fresh flowers into lasting.
There are 3 ways to hand over after processing is completed. Of course, we will confirm the delivery method before placing an order. After processing is completed, there is a method of handing over the flower material as it is, a method of redesigning and putting it in the frame, and a method of returning it to the state at the time of request.
①Method of handing over flower materials as they are after processing
As shown in Photo 5, we will process the flower materials you have entrusted to us. I will. It is not possible to process more than 30cm on account of the processing machine.
As for the usage, the general public can make their own arrangements, and there are also people who decorate the flowers as they are. Many companies place orders when they need flower materials that are not commercially available or when they need flower materials with stems.
② How to redesign and put it in the frame
This method is used by customers who want to process part of the flower material designed as shown in photo 6.
As for the use, general people want to take bridal bouquets etc. to both families, so they use part of the flower material and order several frames, or they want to make it smaller because they don't want it to be big. I have a request for. In many cases, companies request us to process the product after receiving the request from the customer.
③ How to return to the state when you requested
If you want to process it as it is as shown in Photo 7, please use this method. For convenience of processing, it is disassembled once and returned to its original state after processing, so there are some differences. If you put it in a case, it may be adjusted according to the size of the case.
As for the usage, many of the general customers process proposals and bridal bouquets, and many of the requests from companies are processed at the request of the customer.
